  10. El resultado mas importante es comprender profundamente a quien nos habla. RECEPTOR EMISOR E: ….. E: Si comprendiste, pero quiero que comprendas…… R: Comprendo que…

  11. Gracias por su atención. “La profesora de una pequeña escuela se dio cuenta de que un alumno no estaba escuchando. Estaba muy perezoso, nervioso, inquieto. Así que le preguntó: “¿Por qué? ¿Tienes algún problema? ¿Tienes alguna dificultad? ¿Eres capaz de oírme?”. El chico respondió: “Oír es fácil; escuchar es el problema”
