  7. It is probably best to find a link from the DfE website to the QWS website as this will prevent accidental accessing of the old test site. 7

  10. We only need the generic QAN data 10

  11. It is probably easiest to download the ZIP and then extract the files we need. 11

  15. Highlight the four files we need and then click Extract 15

  17. So we now have the four XML files we need for import into SIMS 17

  21. Click to browse to the folder holding the XML files we downloaded 21

  22. Don’t forget that QAN_Current must be imported last 22

  42. We can’t enter the new QAN until we have deleted the old QAN and clicked on Save 42

  45. Now the old QAN has been removed we can click New to add the replacement QAN 45
