  1. How To Make Kadai Paneer Recipe Restaurant Style Kadai paneer recipe restaurant style is a popular main course dish made with chunks of paneer. This recipe has tomato and onion gravy and served with naan or tandoori roti. The special kadhai masala is used to give amazing flavors to the dish. It is a very famous recipe among the vegetarians and being served in all most all restaurants and highway Dhabas in India. The​ Kadai paneer recipe restaurant​ style is more spicy and flavourful in comparison to any other panner curry or gravy recipes. I am going to share some tips for you: 1. Always use soft and tender paneer. You can also make paneer at home.

  2. 2. You can also make a dry version with the same process, just exclude adding water to it. 3. To save time you can make and store the Kadai masala in advance. For Kadai Masala all you need is a 2 spoon coriander powder or seeds, 1 spoon jeera, half spoon Kali Mirch( black pepper), and 3-4 dry red chili. For onion and tomato gravy you need 2 spoon oil, 3 glove garlic, small amount of ginger, 1 onion, and 2 tomatoes. Add all ingredients in the mixer and blend it well. Your Onion and tomato paste is ready. Ingredients: 1 Spoon Butter A tej patta (bay leaf) 1 -2 green chili 1 spoon Kasuri methi( dry fenugreek leaves) Half spoon red chili powder and one fourth spoon turmeric Half onion and half capsicum 1 cup water (avoid if making dry Kadai paneer) one fourth spoon garam masala Paneer cubes( 10 - 12) ​How to make Kadai paneer recipe​ restaurant-style step by step: 1. Heat a large Kadai and add 1 spoon butter, sautee tej patta, kauri methi and green chili. 2. Saute onion and capsicum. Add red chili and turmeric to it. 3. Add blended onion and tomato paste. 4. Add Kadai masala. 5. Now add water.
