Design & Monitoring frameworks Outcome: Villagers use clean water for their daily consumption Output: • Wells & water tanks are constructed • Distribute water filters to household • Training on water treatment to villagers • Train all Water and Sanitation User Groups (WSUGs) on operation and maintenance

  7. IV. Activities & Milestones • Provide training to the focal point on water treatment • Provide training to villagers for maintenance an operation. • Provide some spare-part to WSUGs • Form up WSUGs for target community

  8. V. Impacts & Outcomes Impact: Community people will be healthy. Outcome: Villagers use clean water for their daily consumption
