  2. ley 1437 del 18 de enero del 2011 • se adoptó el nuevo código de procedimiento administrativo y de lo contencioso administrativo, la cual introdujo una serie de reformas y modificaciones importantes al régimen probatorio cuyos alcances en líneas generales los desarrollaremos a continuación:

ASPECTOS PROBATORIOS • Uno de los temas que ocupo la atención de la reforma fue el derecho a probar y a utilizar los medios de prueba pertinentes para la defensa en los procesos contenciosos administrativos ya que esto se trata de una manifestación del derecho al debido proceso la defensa y su contradicción.
