Food Safety • Our Wisconsin Food Code was updated in June of 2013 • http://fns.dpi.wi.gov/files/fns/pdf/fs_wfc_ch.pdf • The purpose of the Food Code is to safeguard public health and provide to consumers food that is safe, unadulterated, and honestly presented.
