  4. Jupiter Saves His Son Jupiter however saw all these and was determined to save his son. However he made the sea calm, and he led the arc to the island of Seriphus. Then Polydectes was king of this island. After the arc was driven to the shore. Danae seized rest in the sand.

  5. -After a short time she was found by a certain fisherman, and was brought to the home of king Polydectes.- That man accepted the mother and boy kindly, and he gave his safe abode to them in his own borders.- Danae gladly accepted this gift, and gave thanks to the king for so much kindness.
