FHS staff will also report to the Commissioning Director. *Primary care team : White boxes are core staff for every LAT and the pink boxes are flexible. The total number of flexible staff will vary from 8-23 ** Resource to support LPNs and provide clinical advice to contractors. Detailed structure for offender health, military health and specialised commissioning teams provided on separate slides Within direct commissioning teams staff will be deployed flexibly across primary care and public health commissioning based on business needs. This structure gives an indication of deployment. Details of screening and immunisations teams on following slide.

RO functions in Designated Body Clinical leadership of the Designated Body Maintain a list of doctors: “prescribed connections” Establishment and maintenance of GMC compliant annual appraisal systems Clinical governance systems to allow feedback of clinical information and 4Cs into appraisals Performance management and ‘fitness to practice’ and Revalidation systems in place – managing concerns Make recommendations to the GMC about revalidation.
