  5. Sacred Space by Paul Hubbert • Take a couple deep breaths to get centered. • Visualize a sphere of white light around the group. • In the center, a shaft of golden light... The top connecting to Souce... The bottom connecting to the Earth Heart. • Then, a beam of white light from each person’s Heart connecting to the shaft... Which then connects each person to Source, to the Earth Heart and, to each person from Heart to Heart to Heart.

Basics of Overtones • Overtones are intervals and multiples of the fundamental or root note. • Multiple styles including overtones in the throat, the mouth, and the nasal cavity. • A good place to start is by pronouncing the sound “yyyuuuurrrr”... once at the “r” sound, begin to move the tongue and mouth around until the overtones are brightened.
