Specialist areas such as the military have undergone development with a rapid up-dating and/or replacement of knowledge. This increased specialist communication (LSP), also due to internationalisation / globalisation. Terminology makes specialist communication quicker and easier.

Results: Lists of specialist terms, Glossaries, Technical dictionaries; terminological databases. Important branch of TW is terminological standardisation (e.g. IEC, UIC; DIN, AFNOR) TW is based on rules and procedures
