  2. Deltoid an Chest • Deltoid-Your deltoid consists of two parts, your anterior deltoid and your lateral deltoid. The lateral deltoid is worked by doing lateral raises and upright rows. While you’re Anterior deltoids are worked when you do workouts such as the military press, bench press, or shoulder press. • Chest- Your chest consists mainly of one group of muscles and they are all worked by the same work outs. These are things such as, Bench press, pullovers, fly, push-ups, decreasing bench press, and exedra. This is an important muscle group to work for all athletes but especially if you play football or do gymnastics.

  3. Trapezius an Latissimus • Trapezius-Your Trapezius is a large muscle covering your upper back and the back of your shoulder. this muscles has an important role in almost everything you do, especially for athletes. This is a primary muscle for players of lacrosse or hockey. To workout this muscle you must do shrugs, and/or seated shrugs, chin ups are a good work out to. • Latissimus-Your Latissimus is muscles not commonly thought of located in your middle back and it wraps up around into your armpit area. This muscle is not the most important on you have but it is a good one to get stronger. You can do this by performing pull over, pull ups, chin ups, rear pull ups, and exedra. This muscle is easily strained so be careful when exercising.

  4. Triceps and Biceps • Triceps-Your triceps are located on the back of your upper arm, behind your bicepsTriceps often look like a short fat squiggle on the back of your arm when flexed. If you are looking to buff up your triceps you may want to start doing workouts such as, triceps dips, bench press, or triceps extensions. • Biceps-your bicep is one of the most important muscles in your whole body! you may consider hopping on the bench press, or doing curls. If you notice one of your arms biceps are smaller than the other you can do one arm curls to work that specific side. Do one of those three work outs daily and you will have people in awe in no time.

  5. ABS • Your abs or abdominal muscles are located in your lower chest to stomach area. Abs also have an important role in daily life like swinging a baseball bat, or picking up heavy things. If you want to have your abs looking good in no time you should do things like crunches, jackknife sit-ups, and v-ups.

  6. Types of Muscles

  7. Cardiac Muscles • Without your cardiac muscles you would not live, your cardiac muscles pump your blood out of the heart and through the rest of your body. When you cut off the circulation off in your fingers you are blocking the cardiac muscles blood passage ways.

  8. Skeletal Muscles • Skeletal muscles are the most common muscles. They give the body its shape, and hold all of your bones together. Without your skeletal muscles your body would not move. Skeletal muscles make up a large part of the legs, arms, stomach, chest, neck, and face.

  9. Smooth Muscles • Your smooth muscles are found in only your organs and intestines. Your smooth muscles control many things the body does every day. These muscles move food and liquids through your stomach and intestines.
