FB Real Estate Summary 1. FB revaluated its fixed asset in accordance with the relevant regulations in 1998. 2. As of Sep. 30,2009, the value of re-appraisal increment was NTD 15,452 mn, whereas accrued increment tax was recorded as other liabilities, was NTD 5,423 mn.
