DEFINICION SMA: Conjunto planeado y coordinado de acciones administrativas, procedimientos operativos, documentación y registros, implementados por una estructura organizacional específica con competencias, responsabilidad y recursos definidos, con el fin de prevenir efectos ambientales adversos, así como promover acciones y actividades que preservan y/omejoran la calidad ambiental
