SESSION OBJECTIVE AND OUTCOMES • OBJECTIVE: Provide a forum for SSAT’s to share information and to collaborate on issues of interest and importance. • OUTCOMES: • Shared experiences • Collaborate on ways to improve professional practice • Network with other professionals concerned with improving the secondary school practice setting

Joint Projects • KSI /SSATC Joint saturation project • Joint project with KSI using Zeemaps • Working closely with COR to help complete mid year meeting project • Worked with Heads Up/Crown of Head Project Team
New Projects • Strategic Goal survey using Survey Monkey • Working on a Nationwide ATSA Curriculum • Developed a working relationship and liaison to the Taylor HootenFoundation • Working cooperatively with Mike Chisar on Term Limits within committees • State Association Advisory Committee • Formed a nomination committee for SSAT’s Developed a timeline and avenue to recognize potential candidates
Updated Lightning and Thunder policy for NFHS Sports Medicine Handbook • NFHS to sign on to Inter-Association Task force Position Statement on preventing Death in Secondary School Athletics • Participating in Peer to Peer format in Indianapolis • Reaching out to Alumni of SSATC to give input on direction of committee • Entertained information/presentation on Team Impact fundraising • Reached out to AT’s in Michigan to offer assistance to get a SMAC started
Ongoing projects • Distribute rule changes to state liaisons • Completed update/revision of the PPG • Updating the PIG • Finalized Case Study project • Secure speakers for SS session to include at least one parent advocate • First committee to have all members with NPI#
