Today we have PAN India 550+ sales and marketing personnel, 38 marketing offices, and 22 depots, and all this have helped us increase our presence and grow our sales by 200% during the year. We firmly believe that technology allows us to bring our entire suite of products and services on a single platform and interact and engage with the customer far more often than it was ever possible. With the help of technology in the last few years, KEI has gained operational efficiency and engaged better with loyalty schemes run digitally. As we continue to strengthen these capabilities, we will be rolling out ‘KEI Connect’ – which be an end to end channel management software, enabling better decisions and bringing in more speed and efficiency.
