  4. OJT Historical Perspective OJT was a popular employment incentive under JTPA (80’s) Instances of program abuse discovered “Knee-jerk reaction” somewhat stifled OJT Economy changed (90’s)

  5. Critical Points - OJT Must find right balance of accountability with flexibility and customer service Finding the easy connection & flow between IEP and company referrals It’s all about the staff person Remember payroll, working, trained 3 main documents
