Executive Steering CommitteeCorporate Automation Plan, Phase 2 • Goal: Assist in developing an automation strategy that meets the needs of the Postal Service and its customers. • Objectives: • Facilitate communications of the automation strategy to the mailing industry. • Ensure maximum mailing industry input. • Coordinate formulation of necessary MTAC work groups.
