  5. Part I: Company Overview GIEL Vision We initially plan to operate in the Houston Metro area and actively plan to seek expansion into other metro areas in Texas, the United States, and the world.

We want to help leaders understand and apply this truth in practical ways to their organizations. We also firmly believe that anyone in any organization can have a leadership attitude and thus can have a positive influence no matter where they happen to be listed in the organizational structure. • We will carry out our mission in five important ways: • research and publications • courses on ethics and ethical leadership leading to certification and the ability to teach the program • public speaking • consulting • sponsoring special events that support our mission.
