Lead Mentor Role • SEWNTP lead mentor qualifications & responsibilities • Attend SEWNTP lead mentor forums • Schedule all SEWNTP training • Member of district induction team & mentor accountability team • Lead in-district mentor support forums • Improve mentor communication • Create supportive & collaborative culture for mentors • Ongoing checks with BT & mentors • Surveys for mentors and mentees
