introduction • Creating a new form of media by integrating new media into an old medium (amateur theatrical play) • Goal = making a format • Relevance = offering media companies a profitable product
the way to the format • Theory: - Preference for indigenous media (De Bens en de Smaele, 2001); link with amateur theatrical - The concept is interesting for advertisers; homogenous target group (Vyncke, 2002) and full attention - More attraction more profit
