The TCP/IP networking protocol involves sending data from router to router to get to a destination. By its nature, when it comes across congestion, it reduces throughput. For example, if someone is downloading a large file, synchronizing a database, or uploading a virtual machine, traffics slows because less bandwidth is allocated to other traffic. SITUATION: Circadence MVO 5.1 software runs in Windows Azure Infrastructure Services virtual machines, dynamically analyzing network conditions to ensure that data is transmitted efficiently. This patented technology converts TCP/IP into a broadcast protocol (TMP) while maintaining a persistent connection.
