Communications and Engagement Strategy Meeting on 06/03/12 • The meeting included a review of the strengths and weaknesses etc of the current communication methods in order to ensure a higher level of engagement and a more efficient flow of information between the CCG and the public. • The various interested parties were listed and ranked according to their level of importance and influence.
Patient Voice Group agenda setting meeting on 20/03/12 This meeting focussed on how to make the PVG meetings more popular and how to attract a greater number of patients. It was agreed that all those patients who have attended in the past should be contacted to ask why they no longer attend.
