4. Rules/Expectations Be Respectful to one another • Always carry 2 extra pencils and have your supplies readily available. • Raise your hand to be acknowledged, and THEN speak. • Sit up in your desk; don't put your head down (at least look alert!) • Don't walk up to the teacher. Stay seated and wait to be acknowledged. • Be kind and respectful to students, teacher, and visitors. • Get attention in positive, not negative ways. • No cellphone use (texting, pictures, surfing the web) • Keep bathroom use to a minimum.
