Memory Power Practical:Meditation –Mahapran Dhwani - Breathing Tratak Meditation Observe for 40 to 60 seconds an article shown to you with no other thought Then Close the eyes gently Now visualize the same for a minute
Practical • Now observe the circle in front of you for 40 Seconds • On my instruction, please close your eyes gently and volunteers will take away the circle • Visualize the same circle for as many seconds as you can
Memory Power Practical:Meditation –Mahapran Dhwani - Breathing Practical to Activate Neurons Sit in a upright posture Close the eyes gently Inhale Long breath Keep the lips tied & Exhale, While Exhaling make humming sound
Mahapran Dhwani • This humming sound will try to escape out from nose, because the lips are tied. • While finding the way out, the sound waves will touch the neurons and vibrate them.
From the vocal chord when this humming sounds starts the journey, normally these sound waves travels out from the mouth, but in this process, we keep our lips closed. Hence the sound travels through the ENT cavity and spread like the fountain and vibrates the neurons.
Such a massage to the neurons, make the passive neurons- active and opens up the abundance space for memory to retain, that too for long period
Mahapran Dhwani Practical • Sit comfortably • Hand Posture – Gyan Mudra • tip of the index finger and thumb shall touch each other and rest three fingers shall be straight • Gently Close your eyes • Keep back and neck straight • Inhale as long as you can • Exhale with humming sound
