For Discussion • What lessons can we learn from the "bright lights" of where media/technology and information has most supported the Transparency and Accountability agenda? • What are the greatest challenges in building on those successes? • What do we know about the effective dissemination of information -- when it meets real demand? Do we know enough? •  Do we understand and support the supply side/production of information well enough?  • Does the funding community fund "information" and all the components of it effectively?
