One of the highest performing hospital in RGJY scheme (75 lakhs approx.) NABH accredition “ A” grade. Appreciation by Hon’ble Ex. ACS, Shri Benzamin sir in Year 2012-13.

  3. Weakness More bed occupancy causing dilution of services. Less no. of Supportive services staff.

  4. Opportunities More fund availability in IAP, DPC. More land available hence scope for future expansion, Medical College, Landscape & garden development.

  6. Threat For Maintenance of equipment. Funds availability may be come as a Financial Constraint. Skilled manpower availability.
