Star Chart. Follow the Stars and they will safely guide you through the year. Rewards. For every month of smooth sailing, you will receive a star. That star will allow you to choose a reward for that month of model behavior. Referrals. There are 4 levels of Referrals at KECSS:

  2. Rewards • For every month of smooth sailing, you will receive a star. • That star will allow you to choose a reward for that month of model behavior.

  3. Referrals • There are 4 levels of Referrals at KECSS: • Immediate Referral • Class 3 • Class 2 • Class 1

  4. Immediate Referrals • Attack of Staff Member • Fighting • Gambling • Possession of Fire Arms • Possession of Illegal substances

  5. Class 3 Referrals • Computer Abuse • Cutting Class • Extortion • Intimidation/Bullying • Inappropriate Sexual Behavior • Scholastic Dishonesty • Threatening Behaviors • Vandalism Definitions • Extortion: n. the act of taking from a person by force, intimidation, or undue or illegal power • Vandalism: n. act of willful or malicious destruction or defacement of public or private property

  6. Class 2 Referrals • Inappropriate Dress • Insubordination • Play Fighting • Profanity • Loitering in the Hallway • Unexcused Late • While using Bathroom/Hall Pass Definitions • Insubordinate: adj. disobedient to authority • Profanity: n. use of curse words

  7. Class 1 Referrals • Chewing Gum • Disrupting Educational Process • Eating • Drinking • Note: Bottled water is allowed with a top on days w/o laptops

  8. Reyes Rules • Unexcused Late Homework • Unexcused Missing Homework • Unexcused Missing Class Work • No Uniform • Separate Referrel
