Calls, Inspections (continued) Inspection at BRRF • No reportable releases, startup/shutdowns, or other unusual events. Gasoline barge loaded at 9am. Inspection at Enterprise – nothing unusual Inspection at LSU • Cogen undergoing startups/shutdowns for maintenance, Vet/Med boiler tested on 7/22, Allison turbine shutdown/restarted on 7/22. LSU will submit a summary report. • Large field mowed with tractor on 7/22
Plant Reports Dow • Marine activity – toluene, pyrolysis gas, octene, benzene (all closed dome) • Flaring – methane/hydrogen on 7/21 at 12:25, methane hydrogen on 7/22 at 6:15 DSM • vessel cleaning but past stage where emissions could be vented • TNMOC strike on 7/21 with North wind
