CENSUS 1. Coverage and qualityof census data • To assess the completeness and accuracy of censuses and samples through demographic analysis of population data provided by the national institutes of statistics and IECM • Special attention to continuity of information in each country and to international comparability among the 7 countries • Under ODE responsibility
CENSUS 2. Operational value of the database • A case study to test the possibilities of the database : the prevalence and factors of multi-generational co-residence of adults • A combination of individual, household and geographical data requesting maximum flexibility to face the multilevel challenge • A topic of social relevance in S and E Europe, France acting as a N-W benchmark • Under Ined-UR13 responsibility
CENSUS 3. Training usersPrecautions for use • Complementary and sequential training courses at beginners and advanced levels • ‘Hands on’ sessions • Inserted in the French-speaking Doctoral School in Demography and proposed to the European Doctoral School in Demography • Under IEDUB responsibility
