TIMELINE January 7-17 • Infinite Campus Parent Portal opens for online registration by parents and students • Counselors visit the elementary schools to answer questions about the process
TIMELINE January 18 • The green course selection form (in your packet) is due to your elementary school • Non-feeder schools should return the form directly to Sagewood • Make sure your email address is current and up to date on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal
TIMELINE Spring Visits to FE, LPE & NE • Administrators and counselors will visit students and teachers at Franktown Elementary, Legacy Point Elementary, and Northeast Elementary to share information and provide a question and answer session to students
TIMELINE July 25 - 27 • Beginning The Walk - purple brochure • Optional transition program for incoming 6th grade students • 9:00 A.M.- 12:00 P.M. • Amount: $50 per student • Taught by SGMS Wildcat teachers • Coordinator – Jennifer Hutchings (jennifer.hutchings@dcsdk12.org)
TIMELINE JUNE & JULY • Receive letter from Sagewood • Access to your student’s schedule via IC Parent Portal • Update information, complete Express check-in, pay fees via IC Parent Portal account
TIMELINE August 1- Check-in at SGMS • 7:30 AM- 12:00 PM & 2:00 PM- 6:00 PM • Turn in paperwork & immunizations, volunteer opportunities, school pictures, PE uniform, activity & intra-mural sign-up
TIMELINE August 8 • First Day of School for all Sagewood Middle School students
TIMELINE Fall 2011 • Back to School Night (8-11-11) • Outdoor Education Experience (September 12-16 at Snow Mountain Ranch; informational meeting in May) • Parent-Teacher conferences (September)
