To regulate, facilitate, law enforcement and providing advice to the Minister in respect of cross-border road transport by the public and private sectors TURN AROUND STRATEGY • Turn around from mere existence to a sustaining entity which is self-funding • Board commitment: To be among top three of DOT Agencies • Set up Board Committees to support the turn around strategy • Employee buy-in and commitment
