Local Delivery of the LPPA through a Licensing Agreement • A Local Authority or other local group contract with Prospects to deliver the LPPA • The contract involves minimum of 5 schools in the local area • The licensee and Prospects work in partnership to deliver the LPPA in the area
The Licensing Agreement Approach in brief The licensee: • Organises and manages local delivery of the LPPA • Selects local LPPA Advisers to work in its schools Prospects: • Trains local LPPA Advisers • Retains quality control, including the provision of the Final Verification
