What will we do beyond the storm damage? • Interior framed and insulated throughout • Some windows eliminated, all others replaced • Old furnishings replaced • ADA and safety upgrades • Handicap accessibility • Fire extinguishers/Smoke detectors • Crash bars on exit doors • Electrical brought up to code • HVAC improvements • Exterior lighting • Exterior siding to coordinate with main facility
