  2. About Escalators The escalator is a moving staircase, they are used to transport people up or down. Its steps are horizontal for the passenger to step on. They are mostly found in malls, airports and big buildings.

  3. The problem? Many people around the world cant go up nor down the staircase for many sorts of reasons, like having an injured feet, a broken leg, being disabled or being paralyzed.

  4. About the Inventor Charles Seeberger was the first person to invent the escalator. he was born in Oscaloosa on the 15thof May 1587 and die when he was 74 in the year 1931 September 12.

  7. How does the escalator solve the problem? Now that we have a moving staircase its makes it easier for the people with injured or broken legs because they don’t have to move they’re leg, it makes it easier for the disabled and paralyzed people because they don’t have to move they’re body and stand still till the end of the escalator.

  8. What humans did before the invention Before the invention of escalators humans went by stairs, some of the time it was difficult especially for the people with injuries or diseases
