IBM contracted to develop Tier 1 database Phase 1 completed September 2011 Review our system Review our specification Submit quote to complete Phase 2 to be awarded imminently Fixing/completing Maximo upgrade Adding mobile capability Programming for Tier 1 and PeopleSoft interface Time to complete is approximately 3 months Update on Tier I Database

  11. Developing FY 12 ESH Objective/Target Related to Improving Tier I Inspection Program • J. Selva in FY12 ESH Targets: Improve and Evaluate Tier 1 Inspection Program • Implement new Tier 1 program or evaluate alternatives to the Tier 1 process that reduce site-wide labor burden but improve hazard identification. • J. Selva is working on this with Ed Nowak
