  2. 足底筋膜炎多發生在中年以後的男女身上，大部分是因為路面不平或者是踩到石頭令足底筋膜受傷所引致的，跟身體的強壯與否並沒有什麼關係。

  3. 足底筋膜炎的患者通常會感到足部不明的疼痛，尤其是在早上起床時痛得特別厲害，經過一段時間的活動後就會比較好，

  4. 然而一旦經過休息後，突然又會變得更痛，會嚴重影響生活品質，也無法參與戶外活動。

  5. 為什麼足底筋膜炎的患者會在經過休息後變得更痛？

  6. 主要原因是我們足底的筋膜構造是比較厚及有韌性，所以並不容易受傷，然而足底的筋膜一旦受到損傷就很難復原，

  7. 通常是經過一段時間的活動後，血液循環變好了疼痛症狀可以得到舒緩，

  8. 可是一旦休息了一段時間後，反而會出現更加充血的現象，使得足底筋膜腫脹，讓人感到非常難忍，所以足底筋膜炎的患會經常抱怨說站起來的一剎那真的很痛苦。
