  20. LOWELL JOINT SCHOOL DISTRICT A Tradition of Excellence Since 1906 Financial IMPACT The cost for the completion of these projects is approximately $ 160,000 - funded by the General Fund, the Deferred Maintenance Fund, and the Capital Facilities Fund.
