Accreditation plan/Timeline NCATE/CCTC Joint Visit – CONFIRMED: April 10, 2011 NCATE Institutional Report due six months prior – October 10, 2010 This IR will be written by a central writing team and based on the Self-Assessments (using Biennial Report as template) CCTC programs write BR’s and others write self-assessments (based on the BR template) BR’s and Self Assessments due August 15, 2010
Accreditation plan/Timeline(continued) The IR writing team to prepare the final NCATE report for submission by October 10, 2010 Off-site review happens around December 2010 Time is given to refine our representation of the unit On-site visit in April 2010 Pre-Visit from CA representative – May 26, 2010 Faculty CV’s due 4/10/10; Course Syllabi due 5/15/10 June 15, 2010 Transition 1-4 (including Key Assessment data) will be ready for review We need admissions data for new Win/Spr 2010 students by June 10, 2010

Takeaway Messages: The constant is continuous improvement Work toward 100% Task Stream compliance for key assessment courses Examine program data and help develop interpretation and meaning with Program Chairs Review recent program changes and plans for future changes relative to above data
