Getting Started • There is a two-step process to access the Online Application Tracking Program • State Team Lead submits a list of all agencies that wish to use the system • Including agency name, city, and county • And a local lead if any • Agency lead registers; PRA accepts registration – if on State Team Lead list

  7. Agency Leads • Enter case managers from their agency • Can reassign cases if case manager leaves • Can monitor case manager’s cases for quality review purposes

  10. Agency Lead Reports • Can sort report data by: • All cases for all agency case managers • All cases by individual case manager • Each report by date parameters • Summary reports by application type • With date parameters

  12. State Team Lead Page • State Team Leads can generate many reports from the system • All records • By agency • By county • Can also set date parameters for each report type • Summary reports can also be generated for each report type

  16. Case Manager Home Page • Where applicant information is entered and stored • Only place where data can be entered • Can view a summary of their cases • Create ID for each case: Need to store identifying information in another file
