LESSONS LEARNT CONCLUSIONS • 6-The learning should transcend the classroom, allowing it to take place within the workplace. • 7-The rule is: learning how to learn and learning by doing. • 8-Participative construction strengthens the institutional ownership of the knowledge. • 9-The lack of knowledge favours distrust and citizen withdrawal.
LESSONS LEARNT CONCLUSIONS • 10-The dialogue with society and the exercise of social control requires a process of bilateral training (example: participatory budgeting) • 11- Opening the organizational channels and qualifying the individual and collective actors. • 12-Creating knowledge networks at the sub-national levels, articulated and coordinated amongst themselves..
LESSONS LEARNT CONCLUSIONS • “The challenge is: to transform work groups into learning groups; and professional teams into teams of knowledge management”.
