Expectation Setting • Draw from the participants‘ expectations and objectives for attending and participating in the training workshop. • List down each participant’s expectations. • Expectation on the training content shall be compared with the slides on objectives and training content and design.

Training Objectives and Outputs • Understand the Stages of Group and Membership in Group Lending. • Know how to classify aging groups and members. • Understand the need and benefits of enhancing the group loan product. • Know the step by step processes and procedures of transitioning • Know how to use the tools used for transitioning.

  8. House Rules • Be punctual. Always come on time. • Actively participate in all activities • Avoid side conversations. Listen when someone is talking. • Share your ideas. Raise your hand when you want to speak. • Don’t shoot the ideas of others • Build on the ideas of others • Switch your mobile phone to silent mode

  9. House Rules • There are scheduled breaks. Don’t leave the room unless you have to • Observe the house rules of the training place • A “freedom wall” will be posted for you to write your feedbacks for us to immediately addressed your concerns. • Learn as much as you can but do not forget to have FUN!
