It can also be defined as a series of steps that are used to create value for customers. Administrators analyze business processes to evaluate the operation of a particular process. The administrator first analyzes the current process and, after doing that review, can make decisions about the changes that can be made to improve the existing process. The improved process can help the company to save time, reduce costs or create a more attractive product for customers. Determine how a business process is created Define a business process. The process represents what a company does to achieve a certain goal. Business process optimization refers to the activities that employees do daily to achieve an organizational goal. A business process must cover the variations or exceptions of the process.
