Methodology Dynamic group of members Origin of idea: Ways to minimize congestion in everyday life Focus on the user and the user’s needs Brainstorm: to improve school & library system, onto improving the shopping experience A contactless smart card Uniqueness Cash/credit cards not needed Exit terminal sensors
