  3. 2. Welcome to the HC Class of 2012 Paul Walsh Congratulations! Today marks the beginning of the final 100 days as a Holy Cross student before you become a Holy Cross graduate. Today is a time to review and remind the senior class of their obligations and responsibilities in the days and weeks to come. As the saying goes, a student for a short time but an alumnus for a life time, Once A Crusader, Always a Crusader.

  5. 100 Days from today, March 21st, is Thursday 28th June 2012 Holy Cross Class of 2012 Graduation Mass; A mass to celebrate the graduation of this year’s class will be held on Thursday 28th June beginning at 12:00 pm at St. Paul the Apostle Church on Taylor Kidd Blvd. This mass is for the graduates, family and friends. Holy Cross Class of 2012 Graduation Ceremony;The graduation ceremony for this year's graduatingclass will be held on Thursday 28th June beginning at 7:00 pm in the gymnasium.

  8. Potential HC 2012 Grad List PublishedMrs. A. Cantarutti A list of students who are potential graduates of Holy Cross who are eligible to receive their Ontario Secondary School Diploma and take part in the June 2012 graduation ceremony will be published in the May Newsletter issued on Tuesday, May 1st. The completion of thirty (30) credits(including compulsories), Forty (40) hours of Community involvement or Sixty (60) hours for Crusader Certificate, and The successful completion of the Literacy Test or Literacy Course, are the key components of the diploma requirements. Students may contact their counselor regarding any questions concerning graduation.

  10. Valedictorian Selection Process begins Wednesday 11th May Mr. S. Roberts Valedictorian, Salutatorian and Class Representatives

  11. Community Service Hours documentationMrs. A. Cantarutti The community involvement hours (40) are to be completed and submitted to Student Services by Friday 11th May 2012. The Crusader Certificate hours (60) are to be completed and submitted to Student Services by Friday 11th May 2012.

  12. Final Course Documentation deadline Mrs. A. Cantarutti Night school courses and on-line courses need to be completed by Wednesday 30th May. Night school courses exams must be written by Wednesday 6th June. On-line and night school final marks are to be submitted to Student Services by Wednesday 20th June

  14. 6. 2012 Graduation Fee Thank you to all who have submitted their graduation registration fee as part of the Crusader Activity Fee in August 2011. The Main Office will be contacting graduates who have not yet submitted their $ 35.00 fee

  17. 9. Dress for Graduation Night This is an important time not only for you but also for your family, friends and our school community. Please dress appropriately, young men in dress shirt, tie, dress pants, socks and shoes and young ladies in street length dress. All members of the graduating class will be wearing a graduation cap and gown which goes below the knees.

  18. 10. June Message to the Class of 2012. I am pleased to offer my congratulations to you as a member of the Holy Cross Class of 2012. We are all proud of your achievements and optimistic for your future. Please encourage your family to come early, arriving well in advance of 6:30. I look forward to seeing you on Thursday at 12:00 for mass and that night at the school where the ceremony will begin at 7:00 in the gymnasium.
