  5. Realizing the Vision • The realisation of this vision will depend upon the ability of the School’s managers and teachers to: • instil ambition and encourage confidence in the pupils and one another; • and to eliminate complacency where it exists.

  6. Realizing the Vision In addition, it is vital that teaching and learning are well-resourced and that the day-to-day environment is appropriate to a School of high quality and aspiration.
