Ralf to check if in Hannover they have native multicast on the backbone.  1.5.2. All to check that their Real G2 Licenses allow video splitting.   1.5.3. SURFnet to set up a web page for coordination of live-streaming experiment.  2EVC  1.5.4 Harri to find out what the RIPE routing working group is doing and if needed write recommendations on multicast TTL, scope and channels, All to contribute.  1.5.5. Egon to check that the streaming group can connect to the IBM centre in Zoetermeer.  1.6.1. Patrick de Muynk, to initiate the Best practice Guidelines for streaming experiments by involving the mailing list; all participants should provide information about existing best practice at the local level. – 1.6.2. Egon to post the SURFnet scenarios to the mailing list.  1.7.1. Patrick to send URL of the CISCO multicast cookbook. – 1.7.2. Henry Hughes to provide the URL of the new monitoring tools developed at UCL.  ChrisNEW ACTIONS  2.1 Patrick to send information to the TF-STREAM LIST about next live event in order to find other participants and carry out a test with all volunteers. – 2.2 Valentino to find a leader for working out a White Paper for Best Practice guidelines. – 2.3 Yuri ask people to send contributions about publicly available audio/video material to the streaming list – 2.4 all to check the local laws about legal constrains and solutions (if any) in all countries and provide a summary of the local situation. – 2.5 Valentino to send a reminder to the mailing list about open actions from the face-to-face meeting of 10 December.
