GroupWise Availability • GroupWise is available to all faculty and staff at no charge. • GroupWise accounts are not automatically generated. Request forms are located at: • www.acs.ucf.edu/forms.html • http://support.mail.ucf.edu • Students are not eligible for a GroupWise account unless they are working in a paid position at the University.
GroupWise Accessibility • GroupWise Software • GroupWise is usually installed on your work PC by the technical support person in your department. • GroupWise Self Installation • GroupWise software is available for download at http://support.mail.ucf.edu (click Downloads) • You must have administrative rights to your machine to install GroupWise. Consult your technical support person. • GroupWise WebAccess • Web page available for checking GroupWise e-mail. • No software download required! • http://webmail.ucf.edu
