In this presentation I am going to be talking about the production equipment I bought from CVP.com and prokit.com and why I needed them and how much each piece of equipment was. • In order for my production to be successful I will need to buy or hire certain equipment at the best quality so that the production will be at the best standard.
Sound • For sound I will be buying a high quality microphone so the sound will be clear and at a high quality for my production. The microphone I bought is the Sennheiser Shotgun Microphone MKH-416P, Its excellent directivity and compact design, high consonant articulation and feedback rejection make the MKH 416P a superb all-round microphone for film, radio, television and my production. £582.50
The second microphone equipment I will be buying is the Sennheiser evolution 112 P G3 radio mic kit at £440.83. This microphone is of a high standard so they can be placed on the actors for my production to get clear speech. These microphone are small so they will be hidden and not noticed once placed on the actor. £440.83

Filming (Cameras) • Having a camera is on of the most important pieces of equipment for a TV production , that is why I have chosen the two of the same camera, the Sony PXW-Z100 4K Camcorder, it produces stunning high quality HD picture , I chosen to have two cameras so the production doesn't’t have to be filming with a single camera. £4,350.00
Lighting • For lighting kit I will be using Ikan IFB1024 3-Point Light Kit, lighting is key in a production, without the correct amount of lighting the production could turn out very bad • This lighting kit includes two powerful and versatile bi-color LED heads, V-lock battery plates, stands and bags, making this a perfect kit for studio or location work £1,840.00
Accessories • Headphones - Sennheiser Professional Headphones HD-25 – I nought these headphone so that when listening to the production whilst filming and whilst editing you will get the best sound quality. £145.83 • SanDisk Extreme SD Card – 64GB – I bought this memory card for any spare clips or important work for the production if needed as it only cost £18.00 • Laptop - Apple MacBook Pro MD101 i5 2.5GHz 500GB 13 inch LCD for editing the production – I bought this laptop as it had an 13inch HD screen, perfect for editing, costing only £1,200.00 • Sony Vegas Pro 12 Suite Box - 1 User: Professional Editing, Disc Authoring and Visual Effects Design (VEGAS12SUITEBOX) – I bought this editing software for video editing and compositing, multi-track mixing, sound design, visual effects, and disc authoring costing £626.00
Accessories • Radios - 8pcs Two-way Radio BF-888S UHF 5W 16CH Walkie Talkie + Programming Cable – I bought these radios for the production crew to get hold of each other on the set of production making communication easier instead of walking around set to find one another. These only cost £100.00 for a pack of 8 but I bought two pack giving me 16 in total costing £200.00 • Clapperboard – I bought the clapperboard for when production gets going and the actors know when to begin a scene. £35.00

PR425 x2. I bought this so it will cover and protect the cameras if it was raining during production. £86.00 • K-Tek KEG150CC (KEG-150CC) Avalon Graphite Boom Pole CC Base with XLR Male. My reason for buying this is so that I can balance microphone on and it will be easy as it is design to take heavy weight and still be stable.
To total cost of all the Equipment I bought adds up to £18,018.00 from the £250.000 budgetI was given. I now have £231,982.00 left.
