Select the forms required for either Adult or Child. Also print and read the Resources.
Once you have a completed form you can continue onto the ART
Make sure that you click on the top tab titled “Application Configuration/Diagnostic”.
If this is the first time you have used this tool you must click on Browse HPIO Certificate
Browse to your HPIO .p12 Certificate (ask IT if you don’t know location). Select and press Open
Next we must add your NASH certificate number (Ask IT or your manager if you do not know it).
Select Application User type. (If you do not have a HIP-I please select Local System Identifier).
What is a Local systems identifier? • The local system identifier is how you would identify yourself to your organisation in the event that Human services needs to Audit who did the assisted registration
What are they • Application user id • Do you have a logon in your organisation i.e. reception01 • Application user role • What is your role in the organisation i.e. receptionist, nurse etc. • Application user name • Your Name i.e. Jane Smith
After you are done click “Apply Settings” and you should see this screen
Note that if you put the Certificate code in correctly you should see your organisation’s name appear
Now test that you are connected to the system by clicking on the Connect Button
If it was all correct then you will see the following appear
You are now ready to register using the ART. • Note that the ART tool will keep all of your details until you shut it down. • If you shut down the ART then you must complete this process again.
