TOP TEN • 4. Create Individual Contribution Statements • Have each team member create her individual contribution statement • Defines • what she will do within her leadership role • to ensure your region continues to move forward and • contributes to shaping the future of Soroptimist
TOP TEN • 3. Share Your Knowledge • Share information with your Governor-elect, region leadership teams, club presidents and individual members. • Have systems in place to allow and encourage distribution of information throughout your region.
TOP TEN • 2. Pass it on • Make sure future leaders have the tools to be successful • Hold a “Pass It On” party at the end of your biennium • Your mentoring responsibilities don’t end with your biennium • Be a valuable supporter and resource to your region’s new leadership
